We feel that Mental Health is a problem that isn't talked about as much as it needs to be and that a stigma has been built around it which makes it harder for people to talk about it. This only increases the already growing problem; the mindset that you have to bottle it up inside yourself.

We are working to increase awareness to remove the stigma around Mental Health, any donations are greatly appreciated.
