Touched by the work Zest have done  for Hannah and other children with life limiting illnesses, we wanted to show our support. Anyone who knows us will vouch for the fact that  we are, on the whole, more sedentary than sporty ! But together we stand, and pledge to run, walk or cycle a total of 1000km in January.The show offs on the team  will do the lions share of the mileage,  but rest assured there is no room for slackers, each and  every one of us will have to sweat it out.So if you want to see us pound the pavements and push the pedals as we do “1000k our way”, then please sponsor us or better still join  us ! Its a great cause and a great initiative  to get fit come January.
