Hello everyone

We are participating in the 2007 Oxfam Trailwalker event in Japan. The event is a 100km trek over mountains which teams of 4 have to complete within 48 hours. All 4 members of the team must cover 100km each and must pass through each of 8 checkpoints together. We are setting ourselves the extra challenge of trying to complete this within 24 hours, this means a great deal of training and preparation for the event.
