Last year we watched an amazingly brave little guy, Ben Kitson, and his family, fight their way through cancer. 

It's so hard to watch a loving family group battle their way through this horrible disease. It's even harder knowing that you can't help them directly. 

What we can do however is get our trainers on, get running and put a little bit back into our community by raising money for this fantastic charity. Candlelighters supported Ben and his family throughout the longest year of their lives; the least we can do is contribute to the amazing work they do 365 days of the year supporting families, and their children, as they undergo cancer treatment.
