The Castle Trust teams are participating in Vertical Rush - running up 42 floors of stairs in Tower 42 - to raise money for Shelter, a charity which provides advice, support and legal services to millions of people each year who struggle with bad housing or homelessness in England and Scotland.

Team Bischoff are Martin, Paul Lloyd Jones, Annaleigh Cox and Fiona Ellacott. Fortunately Annaleigh and Fiona are both two trained first aiders - which may be critical!
