Football League London to Amsterdam Cycle · 14 June 2013 to 16 June 2013 ·

Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition - to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and support, we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.

Story

Mark Burridge & Richard Emment are Brentford fans.

After reading about "The Challenge" on the BrentfordFC website (www.brentfordfc.co.uk) Richard phoned Mark to suggest they take part in a cycle adventure for Prostate Cancer UK Charity.

So with just two weeks to train Mark & Richard represented Brentford FC, alongside officials & fans from over Football League Clubs to cycle from Wembley to Amsterdam. A 155 miles in just 2 days on 14th & 15th June.

Except it turned out to be 170 miles - 110 of those on the first day!

We have a target of £ 5000 as a team - please help us to help the charity which helps fight mens most common cancer, by giving whatever you can for a great charity.

We did our part of the Challenge and thanks to your generosity the original target of £2500 was smashed in days, so with a few weeks left before the page closes we have upped the target again.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thanks for reading our page and please donate anything you can, nothing is too small! It all helps and is much appreciated.

Thanks again for helping us to be leading fundraisers in this Event. It has been truly memorable in many ways.
