In March 2022 our Dad died after a heart attack due to an undiagnosed heart condition. 

I have guilt tripped David into running the 2023 London Marathon with me in memory of Dad and to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. 

I’ll be chasing that infamous 4 hour time and David wants to “win” by beating his little sister… Nothing like a bit of sibling rivalry.
