We provide mental health training to help people look after their wellbeing

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our page. My wonderful sister-in-law & I are running this half-marathon in memory of my beloved husband Bob who died tragically almost 10 years ago. It's hard to believe it is almost a decade that his children and family have had to face life without him and there are no words to describe the pain that all who loved him have felt every day without him.

We have selected to support the charity The Charlie Waller Trust which is doing incredible work to support and educate young people to look after their mental health. Significantly more resources are needed to better understand and treat mental health in order to make real progress in relieving those who suffer and to prevent the tragic loss of life that sadly leaves too many bereaved.

Learning to run long distances has been a challenge and kept us outside all winter - but we are almost there! Please consider helping us to reach our goal and thank you so much in advance for your support.

Xx Clare & Suzie
