A Mental Health epidemic is upon us, and mental health problems could affect any one, at any time, for any reason. The work NoW are doing to raise awareness, reduce stigma and care for individuals affected is unique in our area.  It is therefore incredibly important for us as a community right now, and for increasing resilience in our children for the next generation in Huntly.
