CMRH is here to help support staff members in the NHS. Social Care & Emergency Services, across both Cheshire & Merseyside with their mental health and wellbeing, by offering free psychological interventions and therapeutic access to help staff members be work fit and we want to give back to our local communities in the surrounding areas - what better way!

We're raising money for Sefton 4 Good, which is a charity initiative developed by Sefton CVS, and we aim to help local Sefton-based causes by distributing grants to local voluntary, community and faith (VCF) groups.
