Thank you for visiting my page. This September a team from DAS UK and the Insurance Industry will be taking part in the Deloitte Ride Across Britain cycling challenge to raise money for Insurance United Against Dementia (IUAD).

In support of this ride, myself & others are also virtually crossing Britain by collectively logging our mileage from all activities from 4th - 12th September. 

On 10th September I will spend the day on a spin bike in support of the team whilst they cycle 112 miles in leg 7 in the Ride Across Britain and I haven't spent more than 1 hour on the bike so far!

As you will know, my Nan suffers with dementia and this has been especially isolating during COVID. Alzheimer's Society do vital work to transform dementia treatment, search for a cure and support sufferers as well as their loved ones. Anything you can spare will be greatly appreciated and help me to stay strong on 10th September - thank you
