Some very good friends of ours recently received fantastic support from The Teenage Cancer Trust so please help us to raise some money for this wonderful charity. 

We've been running a few months now, we love being a part of the lovely DH Runners family and just completed a 5km-10km training program.  We have completed dozens of 5km Parkruns and Watchtree challenges and a handful of 10Kms but now we're taking it up a notch! 

Suzanne: "As it's my 50th birthday in 2020 I have decided to celebrate my new-found fitness before it disappears again! It's also a great chance to show support for our friends by helping the charity that supported them." 

Brian: "We've both had our health problems in the past and this is the fittest we've been for years! I'm loving my running, and taking part in a Half Marathon is a great new target for me. Training for it through the winter will be the most challenging part. Bring it on!"
