Story

Question: Are we crazy?  Are we seriously doing this again
Answer: Yes, and YES.

Trailwalker....a race that has landed in countries all over the world.  Originally started in Hong Kong in 1981, Oxfam has finally brought this gruelling race to Japan.  We will be hiking from Odawara in Kanagawa Prefecture through the mountains near Mt. Fuji, ending our 100 kilometer trek at Lake Yamanaka, all with a time limit of 48 hours.

Why are we doing this AGAIN????   Simple...it's for a good cause.  Oxfam helps people around the world get healthcare, education, and water...basic things we all have in our lives, that these people would not have without the help and support of this organization.

And now we are asking for your help.  We were able to raise over $6000 with your help last year, and we want to do the same again.  So whatever you can donate would be an incredible help, both to Oxfam as well as to the success of Trailwalker.

Just as a guide, 1 pound is about USD $2, or JPY 200.

We thank you in advance for you kind donations and support...and promise to finish this race smiling...

Thank you so much....
Team "Don't Forget Your Headlamp

P.S. For all of Yohei's friends wondering "Why didn't I hear about this last year?"  It's cuz Yohei is new to the team this year...just FYI
