EMS (Executive Management Security Ltd) and friends are taking part in Tough Mudder on Saturday 26th September in Winchester to raise money for the Children's Air Ambulance.
Tough Mudder is a team orientated 12 mile obstacle course designed to test physical strength and mental grit... wish us luck!
We have chosen to use this as an opportunity to raise money for an extremely worthy cause, The Children's Air Ambulance. This service is the first and only dedicated national helicopter emergency transfer service, moving critically ill children across the whole of the UK.
As the Children's Air Ambulance do not receive any government funding and rely solely on donations, we would greatly appreciate it if you could help us to reach our fundraising goal. No donation is too small.
To give you a general idea of what your money could go towards:
£20 - could pay for 1200L of oxygen to be carried on board the Children's Air Ambulance, helping critically ill children breathe.
£36 - could pay for enough fuel to keep our helicopter flying for 10 minutes so our crew can get patients the help they need.
£60 - could pay for straps to safely secure patients before and during their flight, allowing the crew to focus on treatment.
