Hello dear family, friends and supporters

At long last on August 1st I’m running the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise money for Abigail’s Footsteps.

With kind donations 70% of my target had already been raised when the run was cancelled due to the pandemic - huge thank you to everyone who donated back in 2020.

So I’m now aiming to well exceed my target!

Abigail’s Footsteps is a baby loss charity, whose aim is to improve care around stillbirth and neonatal bereavement. It supports parents through counselling and it has trained hundreds of midwives in specialist bereavement care.

It was set up by the wonderful Jo and David Ward who lost their daughter Abigail at birth in 2010.  They are my dear friends and the work they have done after their own loss is inspirational.
