We are running the Cambridge 1/2 Marathon for Football Beyond Borders www.footballbeyondborders.org who support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds who are passionate about football but disengaged at school. FBB provide long-term intensive support, built around relationships and young people's passions, in the classroom and beyond.

We became involved with the charity last year following the sudden devastating death of our friend Miranda's son Freddie in a car accident in Bolivia shortly before he was due to return home. Miranda has been working closely with FBB and chose the charity as Freddie loved sport especially football and his beloved Liverpool Football Club.
