Story

We are a group of social workers and nurses pedalling our way from London to Paris .we decided to take part in this challenge to raise vital funds for Alzheimers society as we have been personally touched by dementia and know of the devastating impact it can have on loved ones. Cycling from London to Paris to raise support for the Alzheimer’s society is the team’s way of making a difference. The Alzheimer’s society rely on funding to help people with dementia live fulfilling lives whilst also funding critical research needed to find a cure. Every mile we cycle and every pound we raise will support people affected by dementia your support and generosity is greatly appreciated. A huge thank you from the forget me knot cycling 🚴‍♀️ team

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
