We are a team of elite athletes from the mighty nations of Great Britain and South Africa and we are taking part in the epic London to Brighton (off road) ride to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation.

Actually most of us have never even attempted anything like this before and to just get to Brighton will be a mighty achievement!
