12 of us, slightly bonkers Gilson Gray team mates are planning on abseiling or as we'd like to think free-falling like the S.A.S. 165ft off the Forth Rail Bridge on Sunday 15th Oct @ 4.15pm (if anyone wants a laugh). 

Why I hear you ask.....well it's all in aid of a fantastic charity - Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland. This charity helps thousands of people across Scotland and I'm sure has touched most of you in some way whether through a family member or friend. 

Every penny helps so please if you can give generously.
