It may be cold but a wonderful way of keeping warm is by getting the blood pumping and completing a fun run! Join the South London Santa Run, take on a festive 5km, and raise money to tackle loneliness and isolation in Southwark and Lambeth.

Story

This winter is going to be different for everyone, and many will find it tougher than usual. South London Cares are working to make sure that older people in Southwark and Lambeth stay connected this winter, by running online social clubs, and matching older and younger neighbours together to stay in touch over the phone. We're supporting South London Cares by taking part in the South London Santa Run, raising money to prevent loneliness and isolation in our local community. 

South London Cares and the wider Cares Family 100% share GoodGym's vision of more connected communities and we can't wait to hit the pavement in aid of this awesome cause.

About the charity

South London Cares is a community network of young professionals and older neighbours hanging out with one another in a rapidly changing city. Through our Social Clubs and Love Your Neighbour (one-to-one) activities, neighbours share a little extra time, laughter and human companionship.
