Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I am part of a group of local runners, who meet weekly to run for Good Gym Slough. Good Gym is a community of runners, that run in their communities all over the UK to do good and keep fit.

We've joined together to raise money for The Dash Charity by running this year’s Beat The Boat 10k please support us however you can, no matter how small your donation as every little helps.

The Dash Charity support families experiencing domestic abuse across Windsor & Maidenhead, South Bucks and Slough, we are running 10k and each tasked with fundraising a minimum of £100 each (£600 total) to support the daily running and amazing projects and that DASH undertake and provide day in day out.
