Sponsor us in honour of our Mum & Nan Joan who was diagnosed with mixed dementia in April 2020.  On the 05/07/2020 she was admitted to hospital after suffering from a stroke which has exacerbated her condition so she has to be cared for 24/7. She can’t remember but we remember for her! 💙💛💙💛
