On the 28 October, Team Hiscox will be taking part in “Run to the Beat” a half marathon through the streets of Docklands, starting and finishing at the O2 Arena. We are 16 runners in total, and a pretty competitive bunch so the 18,476 other runners better watch out!

 

Will we challenge Team GB and the European Ryder Cup Team to the Team of the Year at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Awards?

 

Maybe not, but we are looking to raise a good amount of money for Headway. Hiscox Colchester has been supporting Headway throughout 2012 and we have a great opportunity to add a serious amount to the funds raised so far this year.

 

So please give generously, it’s a great cause, for many of us it’s our first major distance run so a big challenge, every pound is greatly appreciated.
