In memory of Russ Devereux
The Russ Devereux Headlight Project has been founded in memory of Russ. The aim of the project is to work with children delivering emotional resilience programmes in schools enabling children to cope in later life with stressful situations or crisis

Story

Last year, Russ Devereux tragically died. Russ lived in Hutton Rudby with his family and was a parent in our school community.  He, through his family transport firm, was a patron of the Middlesbrough and Teesside Philanthropic Foundation.

The staff & supporters of Hutton Rudby Primary School have decided, in honour of Russ’ memory, to continue his charity work for Middlesbrough and Teesside Philanthropic Foundation and undertake a fundraising challenge of our own. We intend to raise as much money as possible for a project, which the Foundation is supporting in Russ’ name for the provision of childhood counselling and mental health awareness in schools, by completing the National Three Peak challenge in 24 hours.

We would be grateful for any donations towards this great cause
supporting Team Hutton Rudby.

Thank you

Matthew Kelly, Rob Johnson, Lucy Atkinson, Jennie Williams, Lucy Sors, Paul Beckwith, Jason Trevis.
