Club Triumph Round Britain Reliability Run 2021 · 1 October 2021 to 3 October 2021 ·

The MND Association focuses on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those living with or affected by MND in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. If you or a loved one need practical or emotional support, call our Connect Helpline on 0808 802 6262, Mon to Fri between 9am and 4pm.

Story

Andy Roberts, Phil Gibbons and Linsey Martin will be driving round Britain over the first weekend in October, 2000 miles in 48 hours, in Andy's 1975 Triumph "Stag Saloon", which he has owned since 1986. It will be Andy's fifteenth RBRR, Phil's ninth and Linsey's fourth (although her first with Phil and Andy).

We will be raising money for The Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA), a charity that provides care and support for people with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), their families and carers. The MNDA also funds and promotes research that will lead to new understanding and treatments, and bring us closer to a cure for MND. MND affects the nerves in the brain and spinal cord that tell your muscles what to do. It is a debilitating and life limiting disease, which has affected a close friend of one of our team, so we are keen to raise as much sponsorship money as we can.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
