On 28th July, the day before his 3rd birthday, my friend’s little boy Jude was diagnosed with a type of cancer called Neuroblastoma. 

Jude is the brightest and bravest 3 year old I have ever met. He brightens up a room with his cheeky smile and can reel of every different type of Dinosaur you can imagine. 

Starting from 1st September I will be taking part in  “Theo’s 30 in 30 challenge” where I will be completing some form of exercise every day for the whole of September (walking, gym classes, swimming) to help raise money for Sheffield Children’s hospitals new cancer ward that is currently under refurbishment, where Jude will be spending a lot of time over the coming months.
