We are taking part in the South Coast Ultra Challenge 2023 to raise money for Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. The Challenge involves, for us, a 55km (34ish miles) walk over the South Downs from Eastbourne to Hove, in a day :) We are hoping to complete the walk in 14-16 hours but really finishing is the goal. This challenge is very much taking us out of our comfort zone and we've been training all year for it. 

We are raising money for Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation as part of #teamjules. Jules was diagnosed with Stage 4 incurable Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer in November 2021 at the age of 37, and since then has thrown herself in to raising as much awareness as possible for the charity and advocating for all those with lung cancer but especially young women. 

We stand in awe of her and hope to be able to do our bit for this amazing cause. 

Michelle's Dad passed away from lung cancer in 2018 and she is really happy to be raising money for an amazing foundation in his memory.
