💛 Running for King’s – A Cause Close to My Heart
In April 2026, I’ll be taking on one of my favourite challenges — the London Landmarks Half Marathon — but this time, it means more than ever.
Three years ago, my partner Doug suffered a major heart attack and was rushed to King’s College Hospital. The incredible team there worked tirelessly through the night, fitting the first of two stents and quite literally saving his life.
Thanks to their skill, dedication, and compassion, Doug is now doing fabulously well and remains under the watchful care of King’s. I’ll never forget the support they gave him — and the peace of mind they gave to all of us who care about him.
This run is my way of saying thank you. I’m proud to be lacing up my trainers for King’s, helping to raise funds so they can continue their life-saving work for other families like ours.
Every donation, big or small, will make a difference — and I’ll be thinking of Doug (and all of you!) every step of the 13.1 miles.
Thank you so much for your support 💖
Together, we can give back to those who give so much.
