This year we have decided to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

We will learn more about heart and circulatory diseases and how they impact the people around us, our families, our friends and our communities and fundraise to support vital research into the world biggest killer and for the 150,000 people living with heart and circulatory disease in Lincolnshire.

We will be taking part in various events across our network this year aiming as a group to raise over £10,000
