This October marks 5 years since Simon died, throughout that time we have been fortunate to have the help and support from St Christopher's Hospice, most specifically the Candle bereavement service.

Grief is a difficult monster, rising up when you least expect it, you never get over the loss, you grow around it. The team at Candle have and continue to help my children as they grow and come to terms with their feelings and loss.
