Story
We are Nooa and Mio: team Mini Heroes (and dragons)! We are four years old, love super heroes and saving the day!
We are doing the Heroes Run to raise money for RISE UK. We sometimes have nightmares but we know they're not real. We want to help other children to make theirs not real too. We don't want any children to be scared for themselves or their mummy or daddy.
We will be running the mini dash which is REAAAALLY long way so please sponsor us. We will do our best to make you proud.

RISE help over 2,000 women, children and young people every year. They're the only domestic abuse charity in Brighton and Hove.They offer one-to-one therapy for children from backgrounds of domestic abuse, including play therapy. With your help, they can fund a child therapist for 2019/20. Together we can help children recover from the trauma created by domestic abuse. HEROES RUN is a day out for the whole family, including a youth mile and kids dash. By taking part, you'll help us help kids in the local area.
