To mark what would have been Marcus' 25th birthday five of his family are doing a triathlon which is something he had planned to do.   Marcus was a keen swimmer and cyclist and had completed the Brussels 20km with his grandpa.

Please sponsor the team - David, Meghan and Christian and also Marcus's uncle James and cousin Jacob - in raising funds for Send a Cow,  an International Development charity with a difference. They’ve been working with some of Africa’s poorest families for nearly 30 years, helping over 1.3 million people work their way out of extreme poverty. They provide livestock, tools, seeds and training as part of a programme giving people the hope and means to establish a future for themselves, their families and their wider communities. They are currently delivering our programmes in seven African countries: Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia, Uganda, Kenya, Lesotho, and Zambia.

Thank you all for supporting us for this triathlon - we have raised enough to send two cows along with smaller animals to help families in Africa support themselves and their families.
