In memory of Anne Grainger (Known By Her Maiden Name Of Brock Within The NHS)
Story
We sadly lost our amazing Mam, beautiful wife and devoted friend and family member in January 2023. Alongside many other hobbies and a thriving career in the NHS, Anne was a keen walker and loved the great outdoors.
We wanted to raise money for Macmillan because of the amazing care she received in her final week. Anne was shown unconditional compassion and was able to keep her dignity because of the fantastic support from the whole Macmillan team.
Anne loved nothing better than walking along the Northumberland Coast so when we saw this fundraising walk we knew it was the one for us.
We chose Team Panch because Panch was the nickname that Anne's mother used to call her.
We can't wait to raise money for this fantastic cause.
