Tractor Appeal
Campaign by FARMS FOR CITY CHILDREN (RCN 325120)
By the end of August 2017, we aim to raise £40,000 to buy two second-hand, modern tractors. Will you help us reach our target and enable us to have tractors on the farm again?

Story

Ok. So those of you who know me already know I'm a bit bonkers!  I have opted to run a total of 55 miles between now and Christmas day 2016 to raise fund for Farms for City Children's Tractor appeal.

Why 55 miles I hear you ask?! Well, I was lucky enough to have been a Nethercott Farmer, twice, when I was a child at primary school and the time I spent there was magical. I truly believe and support this charity and the work it does bringing self confidence and self esteem to children.

I was there 27 and 26 years ago. That added together makes 53! Now, I couldn't run an odd 53 miles so I have had to round it up!! Which makes my running need to hit 55 miles.

I am a Devon girl born and bred, red mud runs through my veins, we have relatives who farm and my cousin is a Champion Ploughman so how can I not support an appeal to fund tractors!!

With your donations for my challenge,I can help Farms for City Children get closer to their appeal total.

Thank you in advance for your time, and hopefully money!!

P.S would love to totally smash that target if possible!!!
