Team Planned Care are undertaking the 15K tough mudder challenge involving 30 obstacles and over a 9 mile run. as a team we want to come together and support CW+ who do such amazing things for Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. 

CW+ make a difference to both our patients and staff through innovation, transformation and arts in health and support our staff to deliver high quality patient centered care with a range of grants programmes. 

The charity have supported Planned Care as a team through various projects and by undertaking this event it is the perfect opportunity for us to say thank you to CW+ and to also raise further funds to support the continual improvements in the care we provide.
