We are the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and we're leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Story

Following the loss of a close friend at work before Christmas to suicide, I want to do my small part to reduce suicide through the Campaign Against Living Miserably and help others. This was the most difficult thing I've dealt with at work and has had a huge impact on me and others as we struggle to come to terms with what happened.

We lose too many people each year to suicide, which is the biggest killer of under 45s.

I would be very grateful for any contribution no matter how small. Every little helps.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. Anyone can hit crisis point. CALM run a free and confidential helpline and webchat 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about lifes problems.
