On Sunday 6th October, Andy, Graeme, Dave, Jack and myself are taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon.

We will be running the course of 13 miles around some of London's most beautiful Royal Parks.  Training has been hard in the lead up to this event but with the donations we have been receiving, this has been encouraging and spurred us on - thank you!

If you are around on Sunday 6th October, please do join us and see how your donations will keep us running!  Your hard earned money will be going towards our chosen charity - the NSPCC.

NSPCC are our colleague chosen charity and they hold a great place in our hearts due to the work they campaign on for yound children.
