Story
Team Shebeen was created in the Summer of 2012 by Ian Hudson, co-proprietor of Shebeen Steakhouse & Braai,
a South African Steakhouse Chain based in the West End of Edinburgh.
Their aim is to hold several Endurance Events per year,

On the 17th September, 2017 Team Shebeen will undertake their 3rd Event,
a Charity Swim across the Firth of Forth, from North Queensferry, Fife

The event with also be a World Record Attempt for Emma Hudson-Brookfield, the youngest member of the team at 10 years old,
attempting to become the Youngest Person to swim the Firth of Forth,
a record set by 13 year old Joseph Feeney in 1933, of which stands to this day.
The Charity that Team Shebeen have appointed & will support over the course of the Swim Event will be the Edinburgh Children's Hospital Charity,
formerly "The Sick Kids Friends Foundation".
