Sophie Edeson very sadly passed away on 11 May 2018 after a brave battle with cancer.

Sophie was an inspiring person and her determination, kindness and selflessness touched lots of lives in many different ways.

We are a group of Sophie's family and friends walking the Moonlight Stroll  in celebration of her wonderful life and to recognise the amazing care that was given to her in the last few months of her life.
