Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 29th October 2018, Sylwia and Aaron welcomed beautiful baby Jack into the world.  Two days after giving birth, Sylwia started to feel unwell.  Several weeks later we were told that Sylvia had a Brain Tumour, a Meningioma.

Unfortunately for Sylwia her tumour is large and is still growing with her symptoms worsening.  However, on a more positive note surgery is an option and has been scheduled for this year.

Sylwia’s niece, Eva who is 10, her fiancé Aaron, brother in law, Ed and several of her sister in laws work colleagues, Paul, Bev, Cameron, Sammi & Kiam from Total Repair Service have decided to join Team Sylwia, pool their resources and run the Plymouth Half Marathon together to raise as much money as possible for two charities.

Sylwia would like to raise money for the Neurosurgery Unit, as they are fund raising to purchase a new mobile scanner but to also raise money for Brain Tumour Research so that we can do all we can to help those in future.

Every penny helps so please take the time to donate to one of these worthy causes - Thank you in advance from Team Sylwia x
