We have created a team distance challenge for a whole year! For every £1 donation the distance will increase by 1 kilometre so you can make us work pretty darn hard for your generous donations to this amazing cause.

To kick off the challenge on the 15th January Stephen, Tim, Clare, Lisa & Chris will be taking on the Benfleet 15. That's 15 arduous miles of mud, hills and pain! More events/dates to be announced from mud runs to ultra marathons throughout 2017.

The Southend Cystic Fibrosis Association aims to provide equipment and services to improve the quality of life of those with CF in the Southend area (Essex, UK). We are a registered charity and we are reliant on fundraising events and individual donations, as we receive no Government funding. Running costs of the charity are nil as the committee are all volunteers, many of them being CF parents. Examples of what we provide are nebulisers, in-flight oxygen, trampolines and exercise equipment to improve fitness, and prescription payments.
