Who is YOUR hero?

Well, that's not a tough one! We're a team of Dorothy House staff from the Fundraising and Comms teams. We meet heroes every day at the Hospice -- and we work with them!

When the Hero Walk launched this year, there was no question that together we'd take on this MAGNIFICENT challenge!

Our team of 25 -- plus family members, friends and even a few four-legged buddies -- are taking on the 2020 Hero Walk as one big family. 

For obvious reasons, Dorothy House is incredibly near to our hearts.

None of us would be the people we are without the connection we share by having the deep privilege of working together. And, each of us adds richness to one another's lives that can't be underestimated or even calculated.

 TOP BANANAS is a tribute: 

• to the joy we get from our work
• to the energy we feel when we are cheering for each other
• to the madness that keeps us on our toes
• to the power of being agents of change in our community
• to the hope we have for living life to the fullest
• to the love we have for one and other.

We've each picked a different distance to aim for - but our hearts are in the same place. We believe in each other and we believe in the mission of the Hospice.
