Change Mental Health wants to build a future where no one needs to face mental illness alone. We seek to change society by changing attitudes, fighting stigma and influencing government to ensure a better quality of life for those affected by mental illness.

We are raising money for Support in Mind Scotland, our charity of the year.

Our fabulous team of 4 is taking part in the EMF Team Relay this 27 May. Please support Anne, Esther, Ange and Mel raising money for our amazing charity of the year, Support in Mind Scotland.
