Story
I was extremely lucky growing up in care (which feels strange to even write - as to me I just grew up at home)
So many children and young people in care and care leavers were/are not as fortunate as me; but - VOYPIC is their family, their support network, their champion and their voice.
This is why me (yes ME, Brenda Kilpatrick, attempting to run) and some of my family and friends have decided to run the relay in this year's Belfast City Marathon to support VOYPIC to be able to improve the lives of children and young people in care.
Every little helps and will be so appreciated by VOYPIC to continue the amazing work they do everyday throughout Northern Ireland to be the voice of young people in care!
