This year there are 4 new additions to the team - Dylan, Mat, Peter & Steven - do they realise what they are letting themselves in for??!!
We realise that times are pretty hard at the moment, but please dig deep for a very worthwhile cause for what is a massive challenge for the whole team.
Your donations this year will support Mercy Corps - the official charity of the Quadrathlon - in their work to help relieve poverty across the globe: http://www.mercycorps.org.uk/ – current projects include: · Global food crisis response across two continents in five countries - Central African Republic (CAR), Nepal, Niger, Somalia & Sri Lanka. · Projects in Gaza which will improve living conditions and provide emotional help for children, youths and adults to cope with the crisis. · Medical aid to areas devastated by earthquakes and floods e.g. Pakistan & Honduras. · Providing clean, fresh water for displaced families in war torn eastern Congo. · Aid to the very poor tea estate workers of India. Technical stuff: Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Mercy Corps will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. Many thanks for your support.
