Why?
With the new shutdowns and curfews slowing down my already dismal social life and since I’ve watched everything on Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, the only things left to do are work, read and exercise. Note, I’m in denial about all the cooking and cleaning, and lucky for me and my kids, I’m not homeschooling!
My goal is 2 miles (more or less) per day. At that rate, I should exceed 100 miles before New Year’s and hopefully raise some money for the Corps while I’m at it.
The Cause
The Corps strives to put young adults on the path toward empowering themselves to achieve personal and professional milestones. This event focuses on engaging my community to enjoy safe activities outside while building up our young people, so they can choose the best path for their future. Supporting me will impact environmental projects and job skills training from Compton Creek to the West Valley.
