I tend to be an anxious person and have a challenging time quieting my mind. You could say I'm a worry wart. I meditate regularly and I journal my thoughts. What helps me reduce stress and anxiety the most is exercise. When I intentially move my body, the worries of my day seem to vanish, and my mind finds peace. I feel empowered and I'm in tune with my body. It's the time of day I devote to ME. I do it for my physical health and my mental health.
