We want to help raise funds to ensure local children and families can continue to receive the vital care they need now and into the future, and so the children & I will be taking part in the virtual Rainbow Run on Saturday 20th June 2020. 

The CHSW provide hospice care for children with life-limiting conditions and their whole family across the South West. 

"The care we offer is wide ranging; respite and short breaks, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care. We operate three hospices; Little Bridge House in North Devon, Charlton Farm in North Somerset and Little Harbour in mid Cornwall.

We offer a home from home where children with life-limiting conditions and their families can take a short break away from home to re-charge their batteries in a homely, warm and welcoming environment. Providing a much-needed break from the ongoing strains of caring for their children at home, juggling professional and medical appointments as well as maintaining family life and employment. In the main we provide respite, the chance for families to get away from it all, but we also offer emergency and palliative care in a peaceful and comfortable setting."
