TERRIBLE TWOS FOR CRUSE Sheffield

TERRIBLE TWOS FOR CRUSE Sheffield · 10 July 2021
In just an over of last year I have witnessed more death, seen more people in pain of loss and grief than during my whole life as far. Personally, I feel that most heartbreaking for close ones was inability to have a quality time with the person they are about to loose; to say properly the last good byes' as well as to pay last respect in a appropriate way because of restrictions that has been in place due to the pandemic. Living with a grief has always been difficult and unbearable at times however more recent circumstances raised that difficulty to new extreme level. Subsequently, the demand for support has been at its highest. Thankfully to Charity such as CRUSE people who required support were able to receive it. CRUSE's Bereavement Care services have been on high demand. This is a local charity in Sheffield which your GP or other healthcare professional would refer you if you were in a need of support. Now CRUSE needs our support more then ever so the charity can continue with its fantastic work & with support provided to many who may need it.
I intend to raise for CRUSE BEREAVEMENT CARE Sheffield funds of £1000 (and beyond 😁) by taking on the double running challenge of TERRIBLE TWOS.
1st of terrible two is 50K ULTRA RUN in Peak District with elevation gain of approx. 2300m on 10.07.21 starting 7am from Castleton Visitors Centre. This challenge has been completed please see Strava download below (10.7) for map and photos from the day
With love (for people, food and running)
