Myself and Sean have signed ourselves up to compete in a 10 mile tough mudder, this is a big deal to us and is a value that we hold close, giving back to communities that we live,  people that face daily challenges and struggles especially as life becomes so much harder.

We witness our colleagues doing this weekly without question to support their local communities, as we stand shoulder to shoulder we want to push ourselves out of our comfort zones to raise as much as we can, 

This will help homeless people and veterans with vital support needed, and also place them into hospitality to help them to re build a better life for themselves. 

Throughout this challenge there will always be one underpinning realisation; that none of us are ever very far away from becoming vulnerable.❤️
